Deste\u011fi: Se\u00e7ilen projelere senaryo geli\u015ftirme, prod\u00fcksiyon planlama ve post-prod\u00fcksiyon s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinde dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131k ve rehberlik sa\u011flanmas\u0131n\u0131 kapsar.<br \/>\nEkipman Deste\u011fi: Projelerin yap\u0131m s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinde ihtiya\u00e7 duyulan g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fc, ses ve \u0131\u015f\u0131k ekipmanlar\u0131 t\u00fcrlerindeki k\u0131sa film projeleri yap\u0131m deste\u011fine ba\u015fvurabilir.<br \/>\nMADDE 3 \u2013 Bornova\u2019n\u0131n Filmde Yer Almas\u0131<br \/>\nDesteklenecek k\u0131sa film projelerinde Bornova\u2019n\u0131n, filmin \u00e7ekim mek\u00e2nlar\u0131ndan en az biri olarak kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 veya filmin diyaloglar\u0131nda ad\u0131n\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a ge\u00e7mesi zorunludur. Bu iki ko\u015fuldan en az birinin sa\u011flanmas\u0131 yeterlidir.<br \/>\nMADDE 4 \u2013 Ba\u015fvuru Sahipli\u011fi<br \/>\nBa\u015fvurular, projenin y\u00f6netmeni veya yap\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.<br \/>\nMADDE 5 \u2013 Ekipman Deste\u011finin Kullan\u0131m Ko\u015fullar\u0131<br \/>\nEkipman deste\u011fi kapsam\u0131nda sa\u011flanan g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fc, ses, \u0131\u015f\u0131k ve yard\u0131mc\u0131 ekipmanlar, desteklenen projelerin yap\u0131m s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinde kullan\u0131lmak \u00fczere \u00fccretsiz ve ge\u00e7ici olarak tahsis edilir.<br \/>\nEkipmanlar\u0131n kullan\u0131m tarihleri, teslim ve iade ko\u015fullar\u0131 ile kullan\u0131m s\u00fcreleri, Bornova Belediyesi Film Ofisi taraf\u0131ndan belirlenir. Ekipman tahsisi, Film Ofisi\u2019nin mevcut ekipman envanteri ve kullan\u0131m takvimi do\u011frultusunda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilir.<br \/>\nProje sahibi, kendisine teslim edilen ekipmanlar\u0131 \u00f6zenle kullanmak, belirlenen ko\u015fullara uygun \u015fekilde muhafaza etmek ve kararla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lan tarihte eksiksiz olarak iade etmekle y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcd\u00fcr.<br \/>\nMADDE 6 \u2013 Filmin Tamamlanmas\u0131 ve Teslim Y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc<br \/>\nYap\u0131m deste\u011finden yararlanmaya hak kazanan proje sahipleri, filmlerinin tamamlanm\u0131\u015f son versiyonunu ve a\u015fa\u011f\u0131da belirtilen tan\u0131t\u0131m materyallerini, en ge\u00e7 20 Kas\u0131m 2027 tarihine kadar Bornova Belediyesi Film Ofisi\u2019ne teslim etmeyi kabul ve taahh\u00fct eder.<br \/>\n6.1. Film Teslimine \u0130li\u015fkin Teknik Ko\u015fullar<br \/>\nFilmler, en az 1920 \u00d7 1080 piksel (Full HD) \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fcrl\u00fckte ve 25 fps kare h\u0131z\u0131nda teslim edilmelidir.<br \/>\nFilmler, altyaz\u0131s\u0131z versiyonlar\u0131yla birlikte T\u00fcrk\u00e7e ve \u0130ngilizce dillerinde haz\u0131rlanm\u0131\u015f, birbirinden ayr\u0131 .srt format\u0131ndaki altyaz\u0131 dosyalar\u0131yla teslim edilmelidir.<br \/>\n6.2. Tan\u0131t\u0131m Materyalleri<br \/>\nA\u015fa\u011f\u0131da belirtilen tan\u0131t\u0131m materyallerinin, tamamlanm\u0131\u015f filmle birlikte teslim edilmesi zorunludur:<br \/>\nFilmin y\u00fcksek \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fcrl\u00fckl\u00fc afi\u015fi (50 \u00d7 70 cm, 300 dpi),<br \/>\nFilmin konusunu \u00f6zetleyen 4\u20135 c\u00fcmlelik k\u0131sa sinopsis,<br \/>\nFilmden al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f 3 adet y\u00fcksek \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fcrl\u00fckl\u00fc g\u00f6rsel,<br \/>\nY\u00f6netmenin k\u0131sa biyografisi,<br \/>\nY\u00f6netmenin filmografisi,<br \/>\nY\u00f6netmenin y\u00fcksek \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fcrl\u00fckl\u00fc foto\u011fraf\u0131.<br \/>\nMADDE 7 \u2013 Kamera Arkas\u0131 Materyallerinin Teslimi<br \/>\nProje sahibi, film \u00e7ekimlerinin tamamlanmas\u0131n\u0131 takip eden 10 g\u00fcn i\u00e7erisinde, a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki kamera arkas\u0131 materyallerini Bornova Belediyesi Film Ofisi\u2019ne teslim etmeyi kabul ve taahh\u00fct eder:<br \/>\n10 adet se\u00e7ilmi\u015f ve d\u00fczenlenmi\u015f kamera arkas\u0131 foto\u011fraf\u0131,<br \/>\n50 saniye uzunlu\u011funda, kurgusu tamamlanm\u0131\u015f kamera arkas\u0131 videosu.<br \/>\nMADDE 8 \u2013 G\u00f6sterim \u0130zni<br \/>\nProje sahibi, yap\u0131m deste\u011fi kapsam\u0131nda tamamlanan filmin Bornova Belediyesi ve Bornova Belediyesi Film Ofisi taraf\u0131ndan d\u00fczenlenen e\u011fitim, k\u00fclt\u00fcr-sanat etkinlikleri, film g\u00f6sterimleri ve tan\u0131t\u0131m faaliyetleri kapsam\u0131nda, herhangi bir telif veya g\u00f6sterim bedeli talep edilmeksizin g\u00f6sterilmesine izin verir.<br \/>\nMADDE 9 \u2013 Logo Kullan\u0131m\u0131<br \/>\nProje sahibi, Bornova Belediyesi ve Bornova Belediyesi Film Ofisi logolar\u0131n\u0131, desteklenen filmin jeneri\u011finde (k\u00fcnye b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde) ve filme ili\u015fkin t\u00fcm tan\u0131t\u0131m materyallerinde kullanmay\u0131 kabul ve taahh\u00fct eder.<br \/>\nMADDE 10 \u2013 Tan\u0131t\u0131m ve Sosyal Medya Payla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131<br \/>\nProje sahibi, desteklenen filme ili\u015fkin sosyal medya payla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131nda, tan\u0131t\u0131m ve duyurularda Bornova Belediyesi ile Bornova Belediyesi Film Ofisi\u2019nin kurumsal hesaplar\u0131n\u0131 etiketlemeyi; bas\u0131l\u0131 ve di\u011fer dijital tan\u0131t\u0131m materyallerinde ise kurumlar\u0131n desteklerini g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcr bi\u00e7imde belirtmeyi kabul ve taahh\u00fct eder.<br \/>\nMADDE 11 \u2013 Fikri M\u00fclkiyet, Telif Haklar\u0131 ve Yasal Sorumluluklar<br \/>\nYap\u0131m deste\u011fi kapsam\u0131nda tamamlanan filmlerin fikri m\u00fclkiyet ve ilgili yasal haklar\u0131, mevzuat ve taraflar aras\u0131ndaki hak sahipli\u011fi ili\u015fkileri sakl\u0131 kalmak kayd\u0131yla, ilgili hak sahiplerine aittir.<br \/>\nBornova Belediyesi ve Bornova Belediyesi Film Ofisi, sa\u011flad\u0131klar\u0131 yap\u0131m deste\u011fi nedeniyle filmler \u00fczerinde m\u00fclkiyet veya ticari kullan\u0131m hakk\u0131 elde etmez. Kurumlara yaln\u0131zca i\u015fbu \u015fartnamenin 8. maddesinde belirtilen kapsamda, bedelsiz ve m\u00fcnhas\u0131r olmayan g\u00f6sterim izni verilir.<br \/>\nProje sahibi; filmde kullan\u0131lan m\u00fczik, ar\u015fiv g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcs\u00fc, foto\u011fraf, g\u00f6rsel-i\u015fitsel materyal ve \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc ki\u015filere ait di\u011fer t\u00fcm eser ve i\u00e7eriklerin gerekli telif, kullan\u0131m ve g\u00f6sterim izinlerinin al\u0131nmas\u0131ndan sorumludur.<br \/>\nBu kapsamda do\u011fabilecek telif hakk\u0131 ihlalleri, \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc ki\u015filerin hak iddialar\u0131 ve ilgili hukuki y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fckler proje sahibinin sorumlulu\u011fundad\u0131r.<br \/>\nMADDE 12 \u2013 Sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n Duyurulmas\u0131<br \/>\nYap\u0131m deste\u011finden yararlanmaya hak kazanan projeler, Bornova Belediyesi Film Ofisi\u2019nin resm\u00ee Instagram hesab\u0131 @bornova.belediyesi.film.ofisi \u00fczerinden kamuoyuna duyurulacakt\u0131r.<br \/>\nBa\u015fvuru sonu\u00e7lar\u0131na ili\u015fkin e-posta bilgilendirmesi yaln\u0131zca destek almaya hak kazanan ba\u015fvuru sahiplerine yap\u0131lacakt\u0131r.<br \/>\n<\/div><\/fieldset><div id=\"field_37_1\" class=\"gfield gfield--type-section gfield--input-type-section gsection field_sublabel_below gfield--no-description field_description_below field_validation_below gfield_visibility_visible\"  data-js-reload=\"field_37_1\" ><h3 class=\"gsection_title\">1.
